He was born in Baghdad, Iraq, in 1963. He received the B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Al- Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, Iraq (1999). He earned an M. Sc. of Laser Engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq (2006). He received his Ph.D. in the Department of Electronics and optical Communications Engineering, Çankaya University, Ankara, Turkey (2018). Additionally, he obtained the degree of Associate Professor in January 2022. conducts research in optical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, and laser engineering, and currently works in the department of laser engineering and optoelectronics at the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University. He got the Medal of Creativity from civil society, a member of the editorial board of the International Electrical Engineering Journal, and also a member of the editorial board of the Global Networks Journal, as well as a member of the editorial board of Al-Kitab Journal of Pure Sciences, I got 8 books of thanks from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as (12) books of thanks From the president of the university, as well as 10 letters and member of Al-Kitab Journal of Pure Sciences editorial team. He has over 40 years of teaching and research experience and published 11 papers indexed in Scopus. His main research interests include laser material and optical communication, etc.
